Checking availability and prices is easy - just use our online booking system above and you will receive all the necessary information
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in from 16.00 h; if you intend to arrive later than 19.00 h please kindly let us know. Latest check-out time is 10.00 h. Early check-in / late check-out are available on request
Minimum stay
We do have a 2-night minimum stay throughout the whole season
Deposit
A deposit of £50.00 per reservation is due at the time of booking directly with us; non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival; cancellations within these 7 days will be charged for the full stay (100%)
Special requirements
If you do have special requirements (allergies, diets, etc.) please kindly let us know in advance; we will do our best to fulfil them
Disabled facilities
As our charming home is a 200 year old fisherman's cottage, we do not have a lift or disabled facilities

NO SMOKING FACILITY
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the B&B's property or structure; actions handling any sort of fire are strictly prohibited.
Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
